Challenge

The agency’s site ran on an old Gatsby and WordPress stack. Editors could not change much without a developer, and developers could not move quickly either. The agency wanted a multilingual platform its own staff could run, with the Caribbean Investment Forum site handled as well.

Approach

We rebuilt on Next.js with Sanity as the CMS. One codebase serves carib-export.com and the CIF domain. When an editor publishes, the affected pages regenerate within moments, in all four languages.

Outcome

Cutover finished by July 2026. Agency staff now publish on their own, including the CIF 2026 pre-event edition that went up in August, and we continue to develop the platform with them.
