Invoute
Multi-tenant invoicing, quotation and payment-tracking PWA for Caribbean service businesses: provider portal, customer portal, branded PDF documents, multicurrency, recurring billing and two-sided payment confirmation.
Challenge
Most small service businesses in the region invoice out of spreadsheets and WhatsApp. Invoute gives them proper invoicing, quotes and payment tracking, and because these are money documents, it gets more security than a small tool usually does.
Approach
Each business lives in its own row-level-secured tenant. Documents render to branded PDFs, Stripe handles billing, and a free public invoice generator brings in new users. The app ships behind a nonce-based content security policy, per-IP rate limits and signed storage URLs.
Outcome
Invoute has run on invoute.com since June 2026. As of August it holds 22 registered users, 79 invoices and 80 customers, counted from the production database, and 125 automated tests run before every deploy.
