Event microsites for trauma-informed-practice training of juvenile justice practitioners: interactive agenda, downloadable training materials, pre/post participant surveys and verified QR print collateral. Built in roughly two days for a fixed event date, then cloned for a second cohort.
Challenge
The Barbados Probation Service, UNICEF and CAPP had a training workshop for juvenile justice practitioners coming up in days, and nothing online for it: no agenda, no materials hub, no surveys, no print collateral.
Approach
We generated a static site from the partners’ design tokens: interactive agenda, six materials pages, pre and post surveys, and QR print pieces we checked by decoding every code. No backend to maintain afterwards.
Outcome
Cohort 1 was ready about two days before the June workshop. When the second cohort needed a three-day version in July, it came out of the same generator as configuration.
