UNICEF child protection e-learning
Adaptation of UNICEF's 2.5 day instructor-led child protection training (8 modules) into a self-paced interactive online course with assessments, narration and SCORM tracking, for police and justice-sector learners.
Challenge
UNICEF runs a two and a half day instructor-led child protection course for police and justice workers, eight modules of it, and wanted it online: self-paced, with completion tracking that works inside institutional learning systems.
Approach
We built eleven reusable interactive screen templates and drive them from a data file per module, so the remaining modules are content work rather than new software. Narration, assessments and SCORM tracking come with the kit.
Outcome
The course walkthrough and a full interactive sample module went live in July 2026, less than two months after the contract was signed. The other modules are in production now, and UNICEF takes all IP at handover.
